Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations Finance or a related analytical function
- Experience reading analyzing and presenting data using Python R or SQL is a plus
- Medical device or life sciences industry experience is preferred
- Strong ability to prioritize independently and manage shifting demands
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Able to communicate conclusions clearly to diverse audiences in writing and verbally
- Able to clarify ambiguous requests and solve complex problems with intellectual curiosity

Day to day
- Analyze complex commercial data and turn findings into clear recommendations for sales marketing operations and finance teams
- Build monitor and support reports dashboards and models in Excel Salesforce and PowerBI
- Own commercial operations work such as compensation quota planning territory design and process improvement initiatives
