Day to day
- Establish communication with both technical and non-technical prospects.
- Collaborate with teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and challenges.
- Develop and present customized product demonstrations.
- Provide technical support for complex channel partner engagements.
