Remote Senior Salesforce & NetSuite Platform Lead Job in UK IRIS Software Group

Who you are

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite and integration technologies
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration, customization, and integration
• Experience in NetSuite
• Knowledge of Apex coding, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies is a plus
• Salesforce and NetSuite certifications are desirable
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys mentoring and has a positive mindset

What the job involves

• Oversee and enhance our Salesforce and NetSuite platforms to align with business goals and drive operational success
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions and platform improvements
• Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems, maintaining data consistency and integrity
• Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy, managing projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations
• Track platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience
• Provide technical leadership, best practices guidance, and support to development teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning
