Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within Life Sciences
  • Strong understanding of life sciences assay development high throughput screening or drug discovery
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities projects and deadlines in parallel
  • Working knowledge of relational databases
  • Advanced SQL and scripting abilities
  • Deep understanding of research informatics software tools

Day to day

  • Provide specialist support and guidance across the Dotmatics product suite to a broad scientific customer base
  • Manage complex incidents including API and core product issues while triaging escalating and resolving requests under SOPs and SLAs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and product development to troubleshoot technical problems advocate for customers and identify process improvements
