Remote Senior Scrum Master Job in United States Experian

Who you are

• 2+ years healthcare revenue cycle industry experience required
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects required
• 2+ years' proficiency in Atlassian suite (Confluence JIRA) required
• 5+ years experience in Scrum Master role and software project management required
• Any of the following certifications: PMI-ACP CSM SAFe

What the job involves

• Report to the Experian Health Technology Organization and coach/guide teams toward Agile maturity as well as help direct project management functions for the development and execution of major projects
• Work closely with engineering and business teams that support healthcare revenue cycle management solutions
• Interact professionally with colleagues at all levels including senior and executive management
• Be accountable for effective scrum ceremonies including daily stand-up grooming sprint planning sprint retrospective scrum-of-scrums
• Coach and guide a team toward stable velocity successfully meeting sprint commitments and project release dates
• Coordinate and facilitate project and sprint production releases across multiple teams
