Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of security engineering experience
- Experience with SaaS or marketplace platforms preferred
- Strong command of SIEM SAST DAST cloud security AWS IAM vulnerability management and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- Ability to provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical organizational prioritization problem solving and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of agile delivery practices
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally

Day to day
- Designs and implements security controls and tooling across AWS cloud and on-prem environments
- Leads vulnerability management efforts and drives remediation across teams
- Investigates security incidents, performs root cause analysis, and helps strengthen security practices
- Partners with engineering and IT to embed security requirements into the software development lifecycle
- Supports audit readiness for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 and identifies control gaps for improvement
