Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in a related field
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in security with a minimum of 2 years in cloud security
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure
• Extensive experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and threat intelligence
• Advanced skills in security analysis tools and techniques like malware analysis, packet analysis, and log analysis
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Certifications: AWS/Azure

What the job involves

• Lead the identification, analysis, and response to advanced security threats and incidents, including advanced persistent threats (APTs) and targeted attacks
• Champion cloud security best practices and conduct forensic analysis activities to proactively identify security risks
• Develop and implement security controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate cybersecurity risks
• Lead security assessments, including risk assessments, security audits, and compliance assessments
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and standards
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and cybersecurity technologies to enhance the organization's security posture
