Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in security compliance governance or assurance including leadership responsibilities
- Experience with ISO 27001 GDPR SOC 2 GxP 21 CFR Part 11 or similar regulated frameworks
- CISSP CISM or equivalent qualification
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Pragmatic approach to balancing security compliance and business objectives
- Strong stakeholder management decision-making and leadership capabilities

Day to day
- Lead security, trust and compliance initiatives across cloud-based and regulated healthcare environments
- Drive audit readiness and evidence-based assurance across frameworks such as ISO 27001 GDPR SOC 2 and GxP
- Partner with customers auditors and internal stakeholders to support security reviews regulatory compliance and emerging regulation readiness
