Venn is the leader in workspace security for remote and contractor workforces. Built on Venn’s patented technology, Blue Border™ protects company data, applications, and AI workflows on any computer – without VDI and without fully managing the endpoint.

Installing Blue Border on a Mac or PC creates a company-controlled secure enclave directly on that device. All business activity inside the enclave – company data, applications, networking, and AI workflows – is protected and isolated from any other use on the same computer. Work applications run locally, with no performance tradeoffs, visually marked by a blue line wrapped around those application windows.

Blue Border gives IT a simpler, device-agnostic way to secure remote work, enable contractor and BYOD workforces, govern AI usage and replace VDI.

More than 700 security and compliance-driven organizations – including Fidelity, Guardian, Whatnot, and the IMF – trust Venn to support the strictest compliance standards: HIPAA, FINRA, SEC, NAIC, and SOC 2.

Venn®

The secure workspace for remote and contractor workforces on any device

About Venn

Venn is revolutionizing how businesses enable BYOD workforces, removing the burden of buying and securing laptops or dealing with virtual desktops. Our patented technology provides companies with a new approach to securing remote employees and contractors working on unmanaged computers. With Venn’s Blue Border™ software, work lives in a company-controlled Secure Enclave installed on the user’s computer, enabling IT teams to secure company data while ensuring end-user privacy. Over 700 organizations, including Fidelity, Guardian, and Voya, trust Venn to meet FINRA, SEC, NAIC, and SOC 2 standards.

The Opportunity

Venn is hiring its first dedicated in-house SEO/AEO hire. You'll own organic search end-to-end and build the strategy from the ground up, becoming Venn's central point of ownership for everything SEO: technical execution, content direction, AI search optimization, and the link between organic performance and revenue. Nobody else at Venn owns this today, which means the roadmap, the priorities, and the results are yours to define. You'll report into marketing but work closely with sales and the BDR team, using customer calls and feedback to sharpen how Venn's ideal customer profile shows up in keyword targeting and content strategy. This is a senior, largely self-directed role.

What You'll Do

Own technical SEO fixes directly in WordPress — indexing, crawlability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and schemaRun technical audits and lead migrations, redesigns, or international SEO work as Venn's footprint growsBuild Venn's SEO and AEO strategy from scratch — keyword architecture, content priorities, and a roadmap tied to pipeline, not just trafficTrack how Venn shows up in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other AI-driven search surfaces, and adjust content, crawlability, and structured data to earn citations therePartner with the BDR team and sales to turn customer calls and feedback into keyword targets, content angles, and page-level messagingOwn and manage Venn's SEO tool stack — Ahrefs or Semrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming FrogReport on organic performance in terms leadership and sales actually care about — pipeline influence, not just rankings and traffic
