Requirements
- Four or more years of professional SEO experience
- At least two years supporting multi-location or multi-market websites
- Strong technical SEO expertise including crawl report interpretation and rendering issue diagnosis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with web developers to resolve technical problems
- Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console and GA4
- Ability to use first-party data to evaluate performance identify opportunities and make informed recommendations
- Experience managing the technical SEO requirements of at least one website migration through launch and post-launch monitoring
- Demonstrated experience connecting SEO initiatives to measurable business outcomes including qualified leads consultations conversions or revenue

Day to day
- Own and improve local search performance across 15 markets, managing Google Business Profiles, local landing pages, citations, reviews, and internal linking to drive consultation opportunities.
- Lead technical SEO readiness for a major website migration, documenting crawl health, indexation, redirects, canonical tags, structured data, and post-launch monitoring.
- Expand the firm's visibility across AI-powered search platforms by identifying citation and visibility gaps and strengthening answer engine presence beyond Google.
- Develop and prioritize keyword and content strategy for high-intent family law topics by state and market, filling content gaps and guiding page creation.
- Measure SEO impact using Google Search Console, GA4, and HubSpot, translating search performance into consultations, conversions, and business outcomes.
