Requirements
- Four or more years of professional SEO experience
- At least two years supporting multi-location or multi-market websites
- Strong technical SEO expertise with crawl report interpretation rendering diagnosis and developer collaboration
- Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console and GA4
- Experience managing technical SEO for at least one website migration
- Demonstrated experience connecting SEO initiatives to measurable business outcomes

Day to day
- Own local search performance across 15 markets including Google Business Profiles citations review signals and local landing page structure to drive consultation opportunities
- Lead technical SEO readiness for the upcoming website launch by organizing crawl index rendering redirect canonical and structured data work and monitoring post-launch health
- Develop keyword and content strategy for state market and practice-area pages while expanding visibility across AI-powered search platforms and measuring impact through GSC GA4 and HubSpot
