Requirements
- Four or more years of professional SEO experience
- At least two years supporting multi-location or multi-market websites
- Strong technical SEO expertise with crawl report and rendering issue diagnosis skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with web developers to resolve technical problems
- Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console and GA4
- Ability to use first-party data to evaluate performance identify opportunities and make recommendations
- Experience managing technical SEO requirements of at least one website migration through launch and post-launch monitoring
- Demonstrated experience connecting SEO initiatives to measurable business outcomes such as qualified leads consultations conversions or revenue

Day to day
- Own local search performance across 15 markets including Google Business Profiles citations reviews and internal linking to drive consultation opportunities
- Lead technical SEO readiness for the website migration including crawl health rendering redirects canonicals structured data and post-launch monitoring
- Develop keyword and content strategy for family law topics and AI search visibility while collaborating with Content Web and Marketing teams to grow organic consultations
