Remote Senior Services Engineer Job in Scotland, UK G4S

Who you are

• Install and service access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems
• Experience with fire alarm systems, preferably GENT-based
• Hold IT and/or Electrical/Electronic qualifications
• Knowledge of various Windows Operating Systems and networking
• Ability to measure voltage and current drain
• Attention to detail in paperwork completion and following procedures
• Team player who thrives under pressure
• Willingness to work irregular hours and be on a 24/7 call rota

What the job involves

• Attend to maintenance calls both onsite and remotely
• Rectify faults on the first visit
• Perform preventative maintenance visits
• Record site configuration information
• Maintain accurate records
• Provide cover on an out-of-hours basis
• Commission small projects
• Conduct quality procedure audits
• Deliver training to customers and colleagues
• Complete any additional tasks as required
