What the job involves

• Being responsible for a variety of client-facing reports and insights including final review and delivery to clients
• Assisting in presenting reports on client calls
• Gathering and analyzing performance data from social media networks to generate reports
• Developing mastery of a variety of analytics tools including Sprout Social Sprinklr Facebook Creator Studio and YouTube Studio
• Creating visually appealing and consistently designed reports and presentations
• Generating tactical and strategic recommendations for our clients’ social accounts
• Following client and competitor accounts on social media to better understand effective social media strategy
• Working with our managers to improve the overall quality of our reports and provide more value to our clients
• Updating and maintaining documentation on all our reporting processes
• Implementing client feedback and requests in reports and associated processes
• Taking ownership of process development and improvement for client reports and the team’s wider ways of working
• Providing support training and feedback to junior team members
• Review and delivery of routine client reports
• Providing support and feedback to junior team members
• Leading on ad hoc report requests Identifying pertinent follow-up questions for the client and the internal team before starting work
