Founded in 2008, we are an international team that works with incredible and globally-recognised clients all over the world, particularly in the US TV industry.
Whether it’s developing our own products, producing engaging social content en-masse, or designing and delivering services to help our clients work more efficiently, our work is varied, exciting and at the very forefront of the latest technology and trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What can you expect?Being responsible for a variety of client-facing reports and insights, including final review and delivery to clientsAssisting in presenting reports on client callsGathering and analyzing performance data from social media networks to generate reportsDeveloping mastery of a variety of analytics tools, including Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Facebook Creator Studio and YouTube StudioCreating visually appealing and consistently designed reports and presentationsGenerating tactical and strategic recommendations for our clients’ social accountsFollowing client and competitor accounts on social media to better understand effective social media strategyWorking with our managers to improve the overall quality of our reports and provide more value to our clientsUpdating and maintaining documentation on all our reporting processesImplementing client feedback and requests in reports and associated processesTaking ownership of process development and improvement, for client reports and the team’s wider ways of workingProviding support, training and feedback to junior team membersReview and delivery of routine client reportsProviding support and feedback to junior team members
Leading on ad hoc report requests: Identifying pertinent follow-up questions for the client and the internal team, before starting workDevising an approach to the task and communicating this to managersBriefing and delegating to junior team members
QUALIFICATIONS
What's important to us:Data analysis experienceExcellent numeracy skills and ability to analyse data quantitatively and qualitativelyAbility to prioritise workload and complete tasks to deadlinesUnparalleled attention to detailExcellent written and communication skillsStrong Excel and Powerpoint skillsAbility to independently develop process and plan approaches to new tasksAbility to write clear and detailed briefs, and communicating these to other team members and managersSocial media experience is a plus, but not a necessity as long as you're interested in learning about the industry

SALARY
£27,000 - £31,500 per year, depending on experience and skills.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
First, you will receive questions to self-record a video response.
We will then invite you to an interview (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting, Caspar, our Head of Social Operations and Vanessa, our Social Media Analytics Manager, will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions.
After the initial interview, you may be sent a short reporting task to complete (if you're open to it).
