Who you are

• Experience working within a startup/scale-up is a plus
• Must have working experience creating videos graphics and more
• Skilled in creating high quality content using Canva & Capcut is a must
• Experience in content creation from ideation to execution
• 3+ years of working experience managing and scheduling content across various social media platforms
• Experience engaging with and building social community
• Strong understanding of brand voice tone and style
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Must have an eye for design

What the job involves

• Create content for our social media channels: Instagram Tiktok & Linkedin
• Generate ideas to keep our social media channels fresh and exciting and have the ability to execute independently
• Be proactive when it comes to creating content utilising trends and your social media expertise to ensure we are ahead of the curve
• Build the Eleos community leveraging our existing customer base whilst supporting in growing our various channels
• Assist in producing reports informing the team about key metrics
• Support with digital PR initiatives
