• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or Cloud Native environments
• Comfortable writing software in Go
• Contribute to the product codebase in Python, Java, or Typescript
• Build and maintain managed services like dev, test, CI/CD, monitoring, docs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Great teammate in a distributed team
• SRE experience or knowledge
• Awareness of Open Source and Observability market trends

What the job involves

• Contribute to the team's roadmap execution through backlog issues and bigger projects
• Define new features and capabilities with product management
• Write and review code to deliver features efficiently
• Collaborate with other teams to define and implement the end-to-end experience for our Observability products
• Maintain high standards of quality, performance, and efficiency for our products and processes
• Engage with the community to help them use and love our products
• Resolve Elastic customer support issues and meet SLAs
• Participate in 24x365 on-call rotations with your team
