Remote Senior Software Engineer Job in Washington, DC Microsoft

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, or Python
• 1+ years experience in AI frameworks, large-scale distributed computation, system programming, compiler, mobile, or machine learning
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• 1+ years experience owning deliverables and driving results to meet business objectives
• Ability to meet security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Desirables

• Cuda programming experience
• Experience in systems performance optimization
• Experience working with Open Source code

What the job involves

• Design, implement, and test components for AI/DNN frameworks and tools
• Improve performance and efficiency of systems by speeding up or reducing the complexity of key components
• Collaborate with internal and external partners and provide tech support for customers/users
