Remote Senior Software Engineer Job in UK Oracle

Who you are

• Solve difficult problems in distributed highly available services and virtualized infrastructure
• Design and build innovative new systems for customer’s business critical applications
• Strong development experience in Java C++ C# or similar OO languages
• Strong knowledge of data structures algorithms operating systems and distributed systems fundamentals
• Practical familiarity with networking protocols TCP/IP HTTP and standard network architectures
• Good understanding of databases SQL & NoSQL storage and distributed persistence technologies
• 4+ years of practical experience developing distributed systems
• Drive feature design reviews documentation UX reviews and work with Product Managers throughout the launch process
• Comfortably work in a collaborative agile environment

• Detect system vulnerabilities and threat activities correlate and analyze problems and remediate notify and block attacks
• Ensure customers can confidently build their business in Oracle Cloud by offering services that secure their data and provide flexible access detect vulnerabilities and threats and take remediations based on industry best practices
