- Minimum 5 years of pre-sales experience
- Knowledge and experience with Cornerstone, EdCast, or Saba Cloud
- Minimum 3 years pre-sales experience in software company with HCM and SAAS focus

Day to day
- Work closely with Sales Team and RVPs to attract and retain customers
- Match solutions to customer business needs
- Stay current on industry and product knowledge
- Develop relationships with Sales, Solution Specialist, Product, and Delivery teams
- Mentor and guide other Solution Consultants
- Handle challenging customer situations
- Demonstrate product functionality and value proposition
- Assist in aligning client's needs and goals
- Communicate solutions effectively
- Stay informed about competitors' solutions
- Assist with RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs
- Collaborate with internal teams for best customer outcomes
