5+ years experience in deployment teams, direct experience with observability stack, successful delivery of customer projects, excellent communication skills. Knowledge of *nix and Windows Server Administration, Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Systems Architecture design, Software Engineering experience or ability to read code.

Hands-on-keyboard role understanding customers' ecosystem of services, ensuring success with Grafana. Manage customer lifecycle, deliver training, project assurance, specialized consulting. Act as an extra set of hands, hearts, and brains for high-priority customers with technical requirements.
Manage ongoing support to ensure customers get value from commercial products and OSS projects. Monitor support requests, identify recurring issues, voice of the customer, recommend product changes for customer success.
