Who you are

• Experience in End-User Computing (EUC)

• Extensive experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Expertise in EUC technologies and cloud-native systems
• Proven experience in architecting systems on public cloud technologies
• Understanding of platform availability, networking, security, authentication, virtualization, and WAN technologies

What the job involves

• Reporting to the Head of Architectural Services, you will collaborate with external clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Your role will involve delivering Customer Strategy sessions to help customers develop their IT Strategy and Roadmap.
• Lead the technical design to delivery phases, resolving issues during project delivery.
• Support presales efforts by delivering proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work (SoW).
• Conduct strategy sessions with Service Account Managers to help customers develop their IT strategy and roadmap.
• Drive maturity improvements in customers' cloud estates covering people, processes, and technology.
• Enhance the cloud architect community by speaking at internal and external events.
• Continuously improve standards, methodologies, and maintain awareness of industry and technology developments.
