Requirements
- 3+ years in a presales or customer-facing role with CIAM projects
- 3+ years of development experience focused on application integration with identity services
- 3+ years working with REST APIs and SDKs
- Experience with customer identity and access management solutions such as Okta or Auth0
- Experience with authentication or authorization protocols including OAuth OIDC and SAML
- Ability to communicate complex ideas through whiteboarding practical examples and demos
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills with technical event experience
- Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and manage cross-functional initiatives
- Willingness to travel up to 40%

Day to day
- Lead strategic customer conversations with technical and engineering stakeholders to uncover business needs and align Okta CIAM solutions
- Deliver tailored presentations product demonstrations and deep technical Q&A that translate complex identity capabilities into clear customer value
- Design and whiteboard solution architectures build outcome-focused POCs and provide technical guidance across Okta and Auth0 platforms
- Partner with sales leadership enablement Field CTO and product teams to share field insights drive initiatives and influence product direction
