What the job involves

• Partner with direct sales, partners, and account teams to track customer profiles, business problems, and solution success within your territory
• Participate in customer discovery, mapping business problems to Atlassian products, platforms, and solutions
• Identify additional opportunities for product or solution expansion by investigating client pain points
• Act as a product expert during pre-sales, articulating the value of Atlassian software to customers
• Lead value-based demonstrations, both standard and customized, catering to multiple stakeholders' needs
• Guide customers' technical needs in the sales process to secure buy-in for Atlassian as the right solution
• Forge strong partnerships with account executives to discuss pipeline, opportunities, feedback, and improve the sales cycle together
• Document product feedback and competitive intelligence and advocate for development internally
• Continuously learn and refine pre-sales, product, and sales process knowledge
