What the job involves
- Partner with Account Executives to understand and map customer's business problems to Atlassian's solutions
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and assess client pain points
- Be an expert in Atlassian software showcasing its value and impact in pre-sales
- Articulate how Atlassian's range of products work together to benefit teams
- Lead standard and customized value-based product demonstrations
- Guide technical needs in the sales process to gain customer buy-in
- Forge strong partnerships with sales teams to improve selling cycles
- Track and document product feedback and competitive insights for internal teams
- Continuously develop pre-sales and product knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes
- Mentor and guide junior SE team members where applicable
