What the job involves

• Act as the primary customer-facing technical resource during customer / partner meetings and technology evaluations working at all levels in the organization with Data Scientists AI/ML practitioners Architects Technologists Product owners Transformation leaders & C-level executives
• Serve as a trusted advisor on AI to help customers with their end-to-end vision; AI strategy operating model & architectural best practices problem framing data preparation scripting model building model deployment model management and output consumption
• Lead the development of product demos prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and potential impact of Centific’s AI solutions for clients
• Oversee the deployment and integration of AI solutions into client environments ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes This includes owning the hand-off to Centific’s Delivery and Engineering team’s post-sale
• Provide guidance to GTM Product and Engineering leaders on strategy product obstacles/gaps and associated resourcing requirements to achieve optimization
• Partner closely with Sales to a) achieve target quotas and b) to ensure alignment between commercial and technical parameters for a given engagement
• Build and manage a solution engineering playbook including demo materials and associated assets to support the GTM team
• Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors within the AI/ML space and how to position Centific in relation to them Collaborate with Product Management Engineering and Marketing to continuously improve Centific’s products and marketing
