Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Energy Systems Software Engineering or a related technical field
- 7+ years managing complex projects or programs in customer-facing or cross-functional environments
- Strong technical expertise in power systems and electrical engineering principles
- Experience in utility planning interconnections grid modernization and/or power system design
- Familiarity with DERs hosting capacity analysis grid planning software GIS systems or utility analytics platforms
- Deep understanding of the electric utility industry including planning processes utility data planning studies and regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience managing customer and stakeholder relationships across technical operational and executive audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Experience mentoring and developing junior colleagues
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings conferences industry events and team collaboration

Day to day
- Own customer implementation projects from onboarding through deployment and long-term adoption
- Configure and optimize the Intelligent Grid Platform using utility data and network models for real-world grid planning and DER use cases
- Advise utility customers on grid planning utility operations interconnection workflows and best practices while translating customer needs into product requirements
