Day to day
- Serve as an in-house customer-facing product expert supporting enterprise growth through technical guidance and trusted advice
- Deliver demos presentations technical evaluations and hands-on enablement that help customers understand and adopt Grafana Cloud
- Partner closely with Sales Product Management and Engineering to qualify opportunities share customer feedback and influence product direction
- Create enablement assets such as documentation blog posts videos and knowledge base articles to strengthen internal and public knowledge
