• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership on complex assignments
• First class written and oral communication skills for both internal and external collaboration
• Ability to articulate value propositions and technical advantages effectively
• Love solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions to customers
• Technical mindset with a desire to grow technically
• Reside in the Southeast region of the US
