Day to day
- Serve as a customer-facing technical expert for Grafana Labs and support fast-moving sales opportunities
- Deliver compelling demos presentations and technical evaluations that explain product value and solve customer problems
- Partner closely with Sales Product Management and Engineering to shape feedback drive product conversations and improve enablement materials
