Day to day
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for prospects customers and internal teams
- Lead pre-sales and post-sales technical conversations to support adoption and implementation
- Guide solution design API integrations data migrations and system configurations for smooth onboarding
- Troubleshoot technical issues optimize product adoption and collaborate across Product Engineering and Support
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders
