Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Technical Consultant Solutions Architect or Technical Presales roles
- Good experience in presales and trained in a sales methodology such as MEDDIC MEDDPICC or Solution Selling
- Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Understanding of security technologies
- Experience with database management systems data platforms or database software including SQL
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
- Experience with Kubernetes Spark Databricks Splunk Grafana or Python
- Fluent in English and another European language

Day to day
- Work directly with customers and prospects in client-facing technical presales and solutions architecture engagements.
- Lead customer projects across pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring smooth deployments, integrations, and configurations.
- Provide expert technical guidance on dashboarding API interfaces data ingestion transformation and performance optimization using Hydrolix and third-party tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues contribute documentation and create training materials blogs and guides to improve onboarding and customer success.
