Day to day

  • Lead post-sales technical calls and explain API authentication access models architecture integration patterns lab coverage device data flows and compliance posture
  • Own customer onboarding through early integration helping customer engineers reach first successful API calls and production launch
  • Troubleshoot edge cases quickly over Slack and live calls while creating technical collateral and feeding recurring blockers back into Product and Engineering
