Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in a customer facing technical role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or equivalent experience
- Hands on technical experience in enterprise software and technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues at a high level
- High level understanding of organizational structures in large enterprises
- High level understanding of ERP solutions
- Experience with SAP ERP solutions preferred
- Experience with Java SAP ABAP SQL Developer or similar preferred
- Experience with LLMs and AI solutions preferred
- Ability to learn articulate and demonstrate complex solutions
- Exceptional written verbal and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives
- Analytical and structured problem solving approach
- Willingness to travel 20 to 40 percent

Day to day
- Serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for existing customers.
- Drive adoption and uncover expansion opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Lead demonstrations workshops business reviews and technical evaluations that translate business needs into measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve issues manage projects and improve customer experience.
