Requirements
- Minimum five years of Solutions Engineering experience
- Proven success in Identity Governance & Administration or related identity security domains
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS GCP Azure and OCI
- Working knowledge of DevOps processes CI/CD pipelines Terraform and CloudFormation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent technical knowledge or certifications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical problem-solving and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and coach other Solutions Engineers
- Willingness to travel up to 40 percent domestically

Day to day
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations to showcase enterprise identity security solutions, configuration simplicity, and workflow intelligence
- Provide expert technical discovery, consultation, and customer support across new and existing accounts to shape effective solutions
- Collaborate closely with sales, bid, and product teams to answer RFx requests, deliver POCs, and drive opportunities toward closure
