Who you are
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise commerce customers as a Presales Engineer or Solution Architect
- Solid understanding of cloud-based technologies SaaS and PaaS fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills and desire to tackle challenges directly
- Strong API knowledge (REST and GraphQL) for enterprise integrations
Desirables
- Experience in retail and commerce design
- Familiarity with version control systems
