- Experience with KYB KYC AML or fraud identity verification workflows
- Ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder implementations
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Monday.com

Day to day
- Act as a technical partner across pre-sales and post-sales to bridge customer needs with Worth AI's platform
- Lead discovery sessions product demos and proof-of-concept work that align compliance onboarding and underwriting workflows
- Own implementation planning onboarding coordination training and documentation to drive adoption and fast time-to-value
- Capture client feedback and collaborate with Product Customer Success Sales and Engineering to improve outcomes and surface expansion opportunities
