Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering Sales Engineering or Technical Implementation within FinTech RegTech or B2B SaaS
- Hands-on technical skills in SQL Node.js and React
- Working knowledge of AI applications in FinTech
- Experience with KYB KYC AML or fraud and identity verification workflows is a significant advantage
- Ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder implementations
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com

Day to day
- Act as the technical partner across pre-sales and post-sales engagements, connecting customer needs to the platform's AI-driven compliance and identity tools.
- Lead discovery sessions, tailored demos, and proof-of-concept work that align solutions to onboarding, underwriting, and regulatory workflows.
- Own implementation planning, onboarding coordination, training, and feedback loops to help clients adopt the platform quickly and successfully.
