Requirements
- 3+ years of direct experience in a related field
- Operational mastery with Microsoft Office Microsoft Dynamics CRM SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Certificate or certification in data skills such as CompTIA Data+ SQL PowerBI or similar
- Strong strategic planning skills with ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Highly analytical with ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Ability to analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence team members peers and leadership
- Desire to support and mentor junior team members
- Self-driven proactive mindset with accountability and ownership
- Strong bias for action and problem solving through to conclusion
- Experience with private equity owned company
- Degree preferred but not required

Day to day
- Provide advanced operational support and analytics for Sales teams across all markets to drive strategic insights and revenue growth.
- Own territory assignments quota distribution compensation execution operational project management and pipeline reporting with strong attention to accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead cross functional process improvements reporting dashboards CRM adoption and data quality efforts while delivering actionable recommendations to leadership.
