Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Fundamental industrial experience in thermal system designs for Aviation applications.
Strong understanding of physics and principles associated with thermal systems and turbomachinery design.
Proven track record in delivering on complex programs.
Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary global teams and multi-cultural environments.
Fluency in English.

Work within commercial aero engine development programs to define and optimize thermal fluid systems using analysis tools, rig testing, and engine testing.
Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in advanced aero engine technology efforts like the RISE Open Fan program.
Mentor technical teams supporting heat exchangers, secondary flows research, and system thermal management.
