  • Comfort reading logs stack traces and API responses and navigating Python and the command line
  • Ability to reason about distributed system failures
  • Familiarity with LLMs agents or developer tools or ability to ramp quickly
  • Strong written communication skills for clear explanations and actionable tickets
  • Experience defining triage rules SLAs severity models or escalation paths
  • Empathetic patient and self-directed in a fast-paced remote startup

Day to day

  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for enterprise customers and resolve the hardest issues end-to-end with clarity and speed
  • Reproduce diagnose and triage technical issues by reading logs traces and API responses and isolating root causes
  • Own support operations by defining SLAs severity levels escalation paths and clean handoffs to engineering while improving docs onboarding and feedback loops
