Requirements
- 5+ years in technical support developer support solutions or similar customer-facing technical role including senior or anchor experience
- Comfort reading logs stack traces and API responses and navigating Python and the command line
- Ability to reason about distributed system failures
- Familiarity with LLMs agents or developer tools or ability to ramp quickly
- Strong written communication skills for clear explanations and actionable tickets
- Experience defining triage rules SLAs severity models or escalation paths
- Empathetic patient and self-directed in a fast-paced remote startup

Day to day
- Serve as the senior technical point of contact for enterprise customers and resolve the hardest issues end-to-end with clarity and speed
- Reproduce diagnose and triage technical issues by reading logs traces and API responses and isolating root causes
- Own support operations by defining SLAs severity levels escalation paths and clean handoffs to engineering while improving docs onboarding and feedback loops
