Day to day
- Provide senior technical escalation for complex infrastructure and support issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online Teams SharePoint OneDrive and Outlook
- Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure while contributing to transformation and migration projects
- Troubleshoot networking identity access and authentication problems and automate tasks with PowerShell
- Mentor junior Service Desk engineers and deliver clear technical guidance
