Requirements

Microsoft 365 Administration
Exchange Online experience
Microsoft Entra ID Azure AD experience
Microsoft Intune experience
Teams and SharePoint support
AWS or strong Azure experience
DNS DHCP Routing and VLAN knowledge
VPN and firewall troubleshooting
PowerShell scripting
Identity and Access Management including MFA SSO and Conditional Access
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Day to day

Provide senior technical escalation for complex infrastructure and support issues
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online Teams SharePoint OneDrive and Outlook
Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure while contributing to transformation and migration projects
Troubleshoot networking identity access and authentication problems and automate tasks with PowerShell
Mentor junior Service Desk engineers and deliver clear technical guidance
