Requirements

  • Hold 5+ years of PostgreSQL experience with additional knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, or MongoDB
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, English communication proficiency, and ability to work under pressure
  • Have experience with PostgreSQL third-party tools and liaising with Engineering teams

Nice to have

  • Technical Support experience
  • Machine learning and AI knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft.NET, Java, C/C++, Oracle, SQL Server, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, RDS, Microsoft Azure, Zookeeper, Kafka

Day to day

  • Join a 100% Remote Support Services team to maintain and manage Postgres databases
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and solutions for EDB product lines and open-source PostgreSQL products
  • Collaborate with junior engineers, document solutions, and engage with premium customers
