Who you are
- Hold 5+ years of PostgreSQL experience with additional knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, English communication proficiency, and ability to work under pressure
- Have experience with PostgreSQL third-party tools and liaising with Engineering teams
Desirables
- Technical Support experience
- Machine learning and AI knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft.NET, Java, C/C++, Oracle, SQL Server, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, RDS, Microsoft Azure, Zookeeper, Kafka
What the job involves
- Join a 100% Remote Support Services team to maintain and manage Postgres databases
- Provide technical troubleshooting and solutions for EDB product lines and open-source PostgreSQL products
- Collaborate with junior engineers, document solutions, and engage with premium customers
