Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive and Entra ID
- Proven experience designing and implementing SharePoint Online information architecture and governance models beyond day to day administration
- Experience leading Microsoft 365 migrations tenant consolidations and mailbox data migration initiatives
- Strong understanding of identity management access controls and Microsoft 365 security best practices
- Ability to operate independently manage competing priorities and drive initiatives with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across IT security and business teams

Day to day
- Lead the design, optimization, and operational management of a Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem.
- Act as the technical owner for SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Entra ID services.
- Drive migrations, tenant consolidations, governance improvements, and user enablement across a fast-paced enterprise environment.
