Requirements
- 5+ years in systems engineering or IT infrastructure at scale
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or extensive equivalent experience
- Hands-on Azure and AWS experience
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Solid Windows/Linux administration and networking fundamentals
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation habits
- Comfort with HITRUST and SOC 2 environments preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work self-directed in a remote, cross-functional environment

Day to day
- Operate and maintain servers that support critical applications and services
- Administer Azure and AWS environments with a security-first mindset while keeping infrastructure reliable and protected
- Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP while supporting compliance and incident response
