Requirements
- 7+ years supporting enterprise Windows environments
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2016 2019 2022 2025
- Strong Active Directory Group Policy DNS and DHCP experience
- PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization
- Experience supporting hybrid or cloud environments preferably Microsoft Azure
- Solid networking fundamentals including TCP/IP firewalls and load balancing
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Proven ability troubleshooting complex systems issues
- Excellent documentation and communication skills

Day to day
- Design and maintain highly available Windows Server infrastructure across on-premises hybrid and cloud environments.
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support troubleshoot complex incidents and drive root-cause analysis to restore service quickly.
- Automate builds patching and standardization with PowerShell while optimizing performance reliability security and capacity.
- Partner with security networking applications and IT leadership to strengthen compliance disaster recovery and platform resilience.
