Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge ideally Azure
- Strong Infrastructure as Code skills with Terraform
- Web application security experience such as CloudFlare
- Understanding of web and API scalability and performance
- Knowledge of distributed systems
- Experience with build and release pipelines such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a live cloud environment

Day to day
- Lead the design build and operation of cloud infrastructure platform services and ops tooling that support live services and engineering teams
- Own monitoring alerting incident response and post incident reviews to improve service reliability and resilience
- Investigate complex issues across application infrastructure data and networking layers while driving durable fixes automation and operational excellence
