Day to day
- Design and support technical infrastructure across network hardware database and system software components
- Analyze business problems and recommend cost-effective technology products platforms and architectures
- Monitor performance troubleshoot complex multi-system issues and improve support processes documentation and change control
- Lead security measures disaster recovery planning and mentor junior engineers while guiding system administration practices
