Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Computer Mechanical Aerospace Engineering or related STEM field
- 7+ years in a highly technical aerospace-related industry
- 5+ years of Systems Engineer experience
- Experience applying MBSE principles using SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler or MagicDraw
- Familiarity with the full Systems Engineering design process including CONOPS requirements development architecture definition integration validation and verification
- Experience with ARP4754B development practices
- Ability to support System Safety reviews per ARP4761A

Day to day
- Define and architect SkyGrid systems across the full systems engineering lifecycle with a strong MBSE focus
- Develop and maintain requirements use cases and functional architecture to support certification and verification planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers program managers product and business teams to drive design compliance technical risk reduction and program gate readiness
