- Solid understanding of Cisco UCS hardware platforms
- Desirable: Solid understanding of networking and storage arrays/networks

- Participate in an on-call rotation

- Lead complex systems projects regionally and globally
- Provide consultation and direction to IT Management
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues
- Responsible for technical management, operation, and maintenance of Server infrastructure
- Monitor, maintain Systems and Services
- Investigate and resolve problems, inefficiencies, and performance issues
- Evaluate, test, and recommend solutions
- Implement Systems and ensure quality standards
- Keep management informed of environment health and innovations
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
